KitVerse

Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you buy from KitVerse, why we collect it, who processes it, and how long we keep it. We collect the minimum: only what the purchase and the delivery actually need.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with the order itself: the products, sizes, version, and any name and number you asked us to print on the shirt. We never collect or store your card details. Payment happens entirely at the payment provider, and all we receive back is confirmation of whether it succeeded. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Why we use it

We use this information to fulfil and ship your order, to send you an order confirmation and tracking number, and to reply to you if something goes wrong with an order or a return. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Who processes it

We work with a small set of providers, and each one receives only what its job requires: PayPal — payment processing. Receives the payment details and the amount. Supabase — the orders database. Stores order and delivery details. Resend — sends order confirmation and tracking emails. Our hosting provider, which runs the site and processes ordinary technical logs such as IP addresses on a short-term basis.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because they form part of the accounting records we are legally required to hold. Correspondence and general enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

Your rights: access and deletion

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Send the request from the contact page and we will reply within two business days. Please note that order records cannot be deleted before the legal retention period above has passed.

Analytics

We use essential cookies only, to run the site and your cart — without them the site does not work. Any analytics or marketing tool that sets non-essential cookies runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
