Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the KitVerse website and any purchase made through it. By buying from the site you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Using the site
The site's content and product images are provided for the purpose of presenting and selling our products. Misuse of the site, or any attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, is prohibited. Our products are sports shirts from our own sources. We are not officially affiliated with, and do not represent, any club, federation or manufacturer.
Prices
All prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. The price shown on a product page is the final price for that product; shipping is added separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applied to your order at the time of purchase is the binding one.
Payment
Payment is made through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or with a credit card through it. An order is only confirmed once we receive confirmation of payment. We never see or store your card details — the whole transaction takes place at the payment provider.
Delivery and shipping
We currently ship within Israel only, at a single flat delivery rate shown at checkout. Expected delivery is 7 to 14 days from order confirmation, with a tracking number emailed to you once the order ships. Shirts printed with a name and number need two extra days of preparation before dispatch.
Cancellation and returns
A purchase through this site is a distance sale under Israeli consumer protection law. You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached. Shirts printed with a name or number are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our side. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right at our expense. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us and being inspected, to the original payment method. Cancellation fees are capped at 5% of the transaction value or 100 shekels, whichever is lower. The cost of returning an item is borne by the buyer, except in cases of a defect or an error on our side.
Warranty and liability
We guarantee that your item arrives intact and matching the description and images on the site. Any manufacturing defect found on delivery will be resolved with a replacement or a full refund. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear from use, or damage caused by washing contrary to the care instructions supplied with the shirt. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
